My wife and I absolutely loved having our custom home built by ProBuilt U.S. After we toured the model on Spring Hill Drive we fell in love. We had toured other local builders' models but nothing compared when it came to price to quality. Many options from others were standard with ProBuilt. The home was finished near the timeline they had given us. Covid-19 caused little delays due to manufacturing of materials, but that was out of their control and it wasn't that much of a delay. Everything is quality and that we could make changes to just about anything from the model to our liking at the earliest stages was a definite plus. I would recommend them to build anyone's dream home and I namedrop to anyone that is looking at having a new home built on their property. Bobby, Halie, Nat, and Shawn were all great at replying and answering my questions in a timely manner. Do yourself a favor and tour the model.

Highly, highly recommend ProbuiltU.S. Inc.! We just closed on our heavily customized Savannah model that was completed a month ahead of schedule. They listened to all our requests and made our vision come to life. Prices were disclosed upfront and happy to say there were no surprises at the end. We recently just closed on a ProbuiltU.S. home. We have the Camilla model, the whole process was easier than expected. Hailee and Bobby were great with meeting our needs and questions. Even upon moving in when we needed help they were very responsive. I recently visited the Probuilt model and it was beautiful! The representative answered all of my questions and was very kind and helpful. I also got in touch with Halie, who showed me some of the beautiful custom homes they have available. She made herself very available to me and continues to answer my many questions and gives me great advice about buying a home, even if it’s not with Probuilt. She really cares about her customers and it shows. My husband and I will definitely build or buy with Probuilt!

I purchased a home that was in the process of being built by ProBuilt US. I have had several homes built in the past and have had a lot of experience with varying degrees of quality, builders and subcontractors. ProBuilt builds high quality homes and utilizes competent professional staff and subs. Some of them are actually part of the family. One of the true tests of a good builder how willing they are to take care of pending issues after closing. My main contact, Halie, has been responsive, understanding and extremely helpful with every item that needed to be addressed. She answered all of my many questions and concerns and arranged for subcontractor revisits with no challenge or questioning of the legitimacy of my requests. I would use them again without hesitation, and highly recommend them for anyone building or buying a new home.
